Hyatt House Gebze started to render services to its clients on the 1st day of November 2017. In addition to reflecting the concept of a ‘‘home’’ with its long-term accommodation opportunities, and thanks to its 158 Rooms, the hotel will also respond to the expectations of those, who desire to feel at home in the comfort of a hotel. At the same time, Gebze Center, which is built as part of the project, has the feature of being the strongest attraction centre in the territory. Offering a brand-new experience to its visitors in the field of shopping, fashion, entertainment, food and beverage, Gebze Center continues to be the centre of attraction with its wide range of stores and services.
Hyatt House Gebze, the first hotel in Turkey in the concept of a home, and Gebze Center AVM, the new attraction centre in the territory, provide air comfort for their guests by using Üntes Branded Units. Under the roof of the project, which was planned by considering even the tiniest details, 12 Üntes branded products, consisting of 11 Air Handling Units and 1 Pool Dehumidification Unit, were used.
