The hotel located in MVK Work Square Business and Life Centre, which is in close distance to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, is designed to provide first-class service both to its domestic and foreign elite customers. Meticulous choices were made in order to ensure the perfection of the service also in air conditioning systems. Under the umbrella of the project, an A-Energy Class Air Handling Unit with Rotor Heat Recovery, a Munters-Type Humidifier, Suction and Discharge Sound Attenuators; a Fresh Air Station with Sound Attenuator and a Munters-Type Humidifier; an Exhaust Aspirator with a Sound Attenuator; and a Package Pool Dehumidification Unit with a Plate Heat Recovery were used. Used devices are high-efficiency devices with 50mm rockwool insulation. Hygroscopic type rotors, which have the capacity to conduct both detectable and concealed heat transfer, are preferred to be used in heat recovery air handling units and thus, energy efficiency is achieved. In Munters-Type Humidifiers, sensitively-controllable and energy-efficient humidification is ensured. Thanks to high-quality sound attenuators at the inputs and outputs of the air handling unit, the sound levels at the output of the air handling unit are reduced to below 60 dB(A). Thus, it is ensured that the guests in the hotel have the chance to feel even more comfortable when it is compared with their homes.
In order to ensure air quality at the pool area, an energy-efficient ÜNTES Package Pool Dehumidification Unit, which is suitable for all climatic conditions and indoor environment preferences, is used.
