Under the umbrella of the project, which is built on an area of 400 thousand square meters on a 1.2-kilometre coastline and has a total rentable area of 88.000 m2, Üntes provides all the air conditioning comfort by using 130 Eurovent certified Air Handling Units with a flow range of 1,050 – 27,000 m3/h.
